The Making of Norbert Leo Butz Online
The Norbert Leo Butz Online website came about because I, Ryan, was shocked to discover that a man of such caliber as Norbert Leo Butz did not have any current or comprehensive website that did justice to his immense presence. Many current stars have wonderful and thorough sites but not Norbert. This was a problem I needed to rectify. Thus, at the end of October 2005, after submitting the specifics of the site to Norbert, I began creating the site. Several weeks later, the site was ready to be launched. On November 20th, 2005, Norbert Leo Butz Online finally reached the net.
Note: The site is not yet 'official' as I have only unwritten permission from Norbert to be his official site. Until I have said written permission, I will not call the site official. Steps to make the site official, however, are currently underway!
Norbert's Involvement In The Site's Content and Construction
What is very important to understand is that Norbert Leo Butz is an incredibly busy person. With a large workload at the moment and the momentous task of raising children, Norbert simply has little time for anything else. Therefore, I and my fellow webmasters have done all the work for him. Needless to say, anything he disapproves of course will not be on the site. Norbert knows about the site and visits, but how often is unknown. Therefore, I have reserved the name Norbert on the forums for his use. If the name Norbert posts on the board, then that is indeed him.
Can I Link to the Site or Use Any Material?
Yes, please feel free to. If you use any materials, however, be sure to provide a link or include the site name in the general area. If you decide to use the photos, please remember that the photos themselves are copyrighted by their photographers and need to be credited.
